Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Una vez realizado el pago, NO hay devoluciones, esto es debido a que en el momento que recibimos la información, el equipo Dreamis dedica muchas horas de trabajo en la revisión y elaboración del plan ideal para tu hijo/a. Por lo mismo, tampoco se realizan devoluciones parciales por días no utilizados del acompañamiento.

• If the goals of the plan are achieved earlier than expected, any remaining days may be kept as a credit and used within 6 months from the plan’s closing date. This allows your family to access additional support whenever needed, including answering questions, adjusting routines, guidance during travel, transitions, sleep regressions, or any developmental changes that may affect your child’s sleep.

• By buying, you acknowledge that you will receive a personalized program designed to improve your child’s sleep habits and your family’s overall rest. Throughout the process, you will be given clear explanations to understand each adjustment and will be guided step by step to support your child in a respectful and safe way.
