Terms and conditions
By enrolling in our personalized sleep coaching services, we will help you:
- Understand what’s going on with your child’s sleep.
- Design a plan where your child and their needs remain our primary focus.
- Provide you with support throughout the agreed service period, where our role is to guide and assist you at every stage of the process. Your role is to implement the plan and stay committed at home.
- Equip you with information and techniques to properly support your child’s sleep needs as they grow.
- Respond to your baby’s crying in a respectful way that prioritizes their well being. As sleep coaches, we understand that crying can be a natural way for babies to express protest when faced with changes, especially at the beginning of the process. This crying is not usually a sign of abandonment, but rather a way of expressing discomfort with change. We’ll teach you how to respond to your baby’s crying while maintaining clear and consistent boundaries.
Requirements to access the service:
- Payment must be completed.
- The intake form must be filled out.
- For safety reasons, we do not work with babies who co-sleep (sleep in the same bed as their parents). Your child must have their own sleep space (crib, bassinet, bedside crib, or travel crib). This can be in the parent's room or in a separate room, or you must be willing to make this transition in order to begin the plan.
- Ideally, there should be no trips or major life changes planned during the sleep coaching
- Once the initial plan presentation call has taken place, the family has 7 calendar days to begin implementing the plan.
Purchase conditions:
By enrolling in any of our sleep coaching services, the client agrees to the following:
- Commitment and participation: The success of the plan mostly depends on consistent and accurate implementation of the recommendations provided.
- Daily Log: The Daily Log must be completed every day, as it is our primary communication tool. On days when calls are scheduled, the log must be updated in advance so it can be reviewed beforehand.
- Consistency matters: Results may vary if instructions are not followed consistently. If the family chooses to modify the plan, apply it partially, or introduce unapproved changes, achieving the desired results may take longer or may not be achieved as expected.
- No guaranteed outcomes: Our support includes professional guidance, follow up, and ongoing assistance; however, results cannot be guaranteed, as they also depend heavily on the caregiver's consistency and commitment at home.

Plan implementation:
- Once the initial call and plan delivery have been completed, the family has up to 7 calendar days to begin implementation.
- The support period begins on the date agreed upon during the initial call. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the process is not started within this timeframe, the case will need to be reassessed and the plan updated. This will incur a 100 DLS fee and will extend validity for an additional 1 month. If the plan is still not implemented within this extended period, our services will be considered complete, and no refunds will be issued.
- The initial call and therefore the start of the plan must be postponed if:
- There is travel or a significant change during the program period (14 or 21 days), as consistency and stability are essential for optimal results,
- Your child is scheduled to receive vaccinations,
- Your child is experiencing any illness (cold, fever, etc.),
- Teething, is NOT a limitation to starting the process.
- WhatsApp support is available Monday through Saturday, within the hours agreed upon during the first call with your assigned coach. No support is provided on Sundays; messages will be answered on Monday.
- Video calls included in the plan may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. If notice is not given within this timeframe, the session will be considered completed and cannot be recovered.
Scope of Service:
- The sleep coaching services are designed for babies and children aged 5 months to 6 years.
- The Newborn Guide and Workshop is designed for expectant mothers and families with babies aged 0–4 months.
- From age 3 onwards, families may enroll in the Toddler Moon and Toddler Star plans.
